 Hello friends of Ayurvedic Yoga Massage this photo shows how people look after they have joined a training in Ayurvedic Yoga Massage. There are many reasons why they look like this!! Some of them I want to show you now.  One reason: In our trainings we are dancing a lot... You may ask "Why?" Because we all want to connect with the joy in our body. This is what all of us are looking for. By the way... this is the main reason for receiving a massage, isn't it? We want to feel joyous in our bodies!! And moving your body with juicy music is one the easiest ways, I know.  But there is something else to understand... ... real joy comes from our innermost core! So before we start a session we take a moment to connect with our own body, our own breathing and... ... the silent center that lies in everybody of us.  This connection with our center, called Hara, gives our work a totally different direction. Our direction is inwards! So, we are always working with the outer and the inner body. In this way our touch becomes more and more alert and conscious. It is the way to become available to the healing energies.  One last thing: Our trainings in Rishikesh are special!! As you can see, our seminar place has the full power support of Ganga River and Himalayan Mountains. Thousands of seekers have meditated here as long as humankind exists. This experience was life-changing for all of us!!! It was a beautiful training and an adventure into the spiritual world of India!!  These days I am planning my trip back to Japan. In August and September I am going to share sessions in Wijaya (Sey-Gee-Hee in Kagurazaka, Tokyo). Exact details I will post soon!!
